At Partsupply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Brakes, painted parts, and special-order items are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong part:

Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

Provide photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
