To ensure proper fit, please verify all product details before purchase or contact our support team for help.

If the wrong item is delivered due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Any custom order like painting it take 1-2 weeks.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

In some cases, especially for remote locations or bulky items like hoods, we may contact you for additional delivery arrangements.

3. Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including pricing errors or inventory issues.

4. Customer Conduct
Abusive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to deny service in such cases.

Partsupply is not responsible for any financial damages due to shipping delays, wrong item delivery, Malfunction, or inventory shortages. No compensation will be provided beyond order correction.
